1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Black Host Web Hosting Company (Black Host) services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use Black Host services.

2. Description of Services

Black Host provides a variety of web hosting services, including shared hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, and cloud hosting. Black Host also offers a variety of other services, such as domain name registration, email hosting, and website design.

3. Account Setup and Billing

When you sign up for a Black Host service, you will need to create an account and provide billing information. Black Host accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers.

Your Black Host account will be activated once you have completed the account setup process and made your first payment. Black Host bills every month, and you will be charged automatically each month for your hosting services.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Black Host offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee for its shared hosting and VPS services. If your website is down for more than 0.1% of the time in a given month, you will be eligible for a credit on your next month’s bill.

Black Host does not offer an SLA for its dedicated server or cloud hosting services. However, Black Host will work with you to resolve any service issues as quickly as possible.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Black Host has an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) that prohibits certain types of content and activities on its servers. These include, but are not limited to:

Illegal content, such as pornography, child sexual abuse content, or copyrighted material is being distributed without permission. Malicious content, such as viruses, trojans, or malware.
Spam or junk email. Content that is hateful, discriminatory, or threatening.
If you violate the Black Host AUP, Black Host may suspend or terminate your account without notice.

6. Backups

Black Host is not responsible for backing up your website or data. Black Host recommends that you back up your website and data regularly to avoid losing important information.

7. Support

Black Host offers 24/7 support to its customers. You can contact Black Host support by phone, email, or live chat.

8. Termination of Service

Black Host may terminate your account at any time for any reason. Black Host will also terminate your account if you violate the Black Host AUP or fail to pay your hosting bill.

9. Limitation of Liability

Black Host is not liable for any damages or losses that you may incur as a result of using Black Host services. This includes but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Black Host concerning the use of Black Host services.
